Reward Points

You can earn points when you buy contacts or refer your friend. Redeem your points when you shop on Tru-Lens. Buy more and save more!

You can earn points by purchasing contacts or referring your friends. You can invite as many friends as you want. You will earn 10 points per friend.

There are 2 type of points.

Pending Points

• You will receive points after your purchase is completed.
• Earn points by referring a friend: After sending the invitation email.
• * Pending Points cannot be redeemed until they are confirmed.

Available Points

• Points from purchases will be confirmed 15 business days after we ship out your contacts.
• Referral points will be confirmed 15 business days after we ship out your friends contacts.

* Points will be deducted from your account when you cancel your order.
* If your referred friends' shipping address is the same as yours, we will remove your point without notice.
* If you do not redeem your points for 12 months, all your points will be removed automatically.
* The points can only be redeemed on Tru-Lens.

You can select how many points you would like to redeem on the payment method selection page during the checkout process. (Minimum 5 points per order).

Condition of using points:

• You have at least 5 Available Points. Otherwise, you cannot redeem the points.
• You can redeem up to 25 Available Points per order.
• You can redeem up to 50 Available Points per month.

* Once you complete an order, you are not able to change the point.
* If you redeem points more than the total price, we will not refund excess points.
* points are non-transferrable and cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or discounts.
